• Can I enjoy the same rental data plan with my own account?No. We have different systems for rental service and device buying. And the data plan prices on GlocalMe APP or website are cheaper than rental data plans.
• Can I have the same FREE gift (1GB global data package) for buying a portable wifi device?There is no free data for rental device buying. The price for a rental device is much cheaper than the normal product page. You can enjoy the cost price now.
• What are the differences between a rental hotspot device and my own hotspot device?The data plans are quite different, and the APP system is also different. Your own portable wifi device will have cheaper data plans, and support pay-as-you-go. Rental mobile hotspot device counts on days, the day you use it longer, the price is higher.
• When I bind my new account on the device, it said the device has been bound. What should I do?Please select "still bind"
